Tired of stupid radio?

If you're sitting in front of your computer and want to listen to great music, you can always download a desktop radio from www.winamp.com. I listen to boombasticradio out of London. Great soul, jazz, reggae, afrobeat, hiphop, latin, etc. you can find their radio station on the winamp radio website, or just go directly to www.boombasticradio.com. Another good one is SomaFM for downtempo groove.

English Churches on the Edge

Quite often I'm excited by the possibilities presented by the "emerging church." So that I don't forget them, and so that the reader can have a quick link too--I'm just going to keep track of the links when I come across them by posting them here. From what I understand, that is one of the original purposes of blogs anyway.... so here's one. hOME Oxford, UK
In case you're wondering, no Wesley G. yet. Maybe the luck o' the Irish will bring him along soon.

Learning

I've been learning a lot lately about html--hopefully the reader can see that on the improvements to my sidebar. One cool thing I found out is that if you are in exploerer, you can view any website's "code" by clicking "source" under "view." Basically, I just cut and paste other people's efforts into my sidebar, then changed the links to fit what I'm interested in. I won't be able to be very faithful to this blog for the next week, as we are expecting the birth of Wesley G. any day now, and I'm more focused on that. When we have W.G., you can expect some nice deleriously truthful blogs on the meaning of life from a new dad's perspective.
